Hey, this is Debbie Tarr—your last Saturday morning appointment. I wanted to say THANK YOU again for a wonderful experience. I have never had so much fun getting my hair done and I will never go anywhere else! "You're going to love this after I got home" my husband says. I like the haircut but I don't think I'm liking the attitude that's coming with it‰. How funny is that! I'll plan to make another appointment mid June to get a trim and color touch up. Now that I‚m used to it—I wouldn't mind going even bolder with the color.
Thanks again! Debbie Tarr Aloha Lyndon, This email is very late in coming, but I wanted to reply when I had the time to give your note the thoughtful response it deserves. Firstly, you are an "artist" in the fullest sense of the word. Your ability to choose a range of colors that will reflect depth, and light - while complimenting skin tones and eye color - is truly a gift! Thank you for making me look so great!!! Also, thank you for taking the necessary time to address my concerns and assess my expectations. This, I know, was pivotal in assuring that "success" was reached. As to your chair-side manner - you were indeed gracious. A natural communicator with a light humorous side, which I appreciate! As to the "meekly confident" descriptor, I would probably vie for dropping the "meek" part. Part of your charm Lyndon is that you know your strengths... and are not ashamed to enumerate them. You are a skilled and gifted artist who knows his craft well and is able to translate that knowledge into magic. That level of expertise is difficult to communicate "meekly." You have not seen the last of me my friend! I hope your holiday season was filled with close friends, good food, and many memorable moments! Mahalo nui loa, |
